_They have several locations throughout Taipei and are like the Taiwan version of American pizza delivery places like Domino's or Pizza Hut, except they also sell fried chicken like KFC and a cheese cake egg-tart-like item and have a seating area inside so you don't have to take it to go. They are cheaper than Domino's and Pizza Hut if you are just buying one pizza, but are about the same price if you get a deal at either Domino's or Pizza Hut (the buy 1 get 1 free pizza deal) where as Napoli only has a good deal that involves their chicken. However, it doesn't matter how cheap something is, if it doesn't taste good, it isn't worth eating.
This was the second time I visited Napoli. I only went back to get pictures and info for this website, otherwise I wouldn't have gone back. See what I do for my readers. Therefore, I have tried four different types of their pizzas, giving me a wide spectrum to critique from. I tried the vegetarian, house smoked chicken, bologna sausage (pepperoni), and the Mediterranean fisherman. The first time I ate at Napoli, they barely put any cheese on the pizza; it was so bad the barren crust part extended, being three times bigger than normal --
it was ridiculous. The second time I went it was a completely different experience, they gave me a good amount of cheese. I don't know why and am not going to guess foil play, I'll just stick to the facts of what I received.
They use real cheese which tastes good, if they actually decide to put it on your pizza, is the one positive note that I will give them. If it wasn't for their cheese, I would've easily given them a -☆☆ rating. From there it is all downhill. They barely put any sauce on the red tomato sauce pizzas both times, leaving it tasting bland. The crust is the most horrible part; it is a frozen pre-made crust that ends up tasting like a soft doughy bland abomination with no crunch or redeeming value. No matter how good the rest of their pizza could be, the crust would kill any pizza that they churn out. If they made a quality crust, used more tomato sauce, and always used the correct amount of cheese, they would move up to a recommend rating in my book. Although, that would be completely changing their whole pizza basically. They are just a really bad rendition of Domino's or Pizza Hut.
I also tried their horrible cheese cake egg-tart-like item: a non-cheesy, mushy tart with barely any taste to it. They also sell chicken in the bucket just like KFC. I have heard from one person that it is good and the only thing that they would go there for, but I personally have never tried it, so I can't speak on it's behalf.
I have to end with saying that I'm disgusted that they use the word Napoli for their name; such an offense towards Italy, given their degraded product and lack of being anything at all like Napoli pizza.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pizza, Garlic Bread, French Fries, fake & bland Cheesecake like item (skip this one if you know what's good for you).

You can find all Napoli location's phone #'s & addresses in Chinese on their website. Copy the Chinese address and put it in Google Maps and usually the location will come up correctly. The location I went to (address at top of page) was open from 11am-10:30pm daily. You would have to call the other locations if you wanted to find out their hours.
