*UPDATE: Throughout the years, Evans Burger's quality has declined and their prices have risen. I can no longer recommend Evans Burger. Especially when so many excellent burger joints have opened up recently that blow Evans Burger's burgers away. Personally, I would go elsewhere for a burger or breakfast 100% of the time.
On my second visit, I went to one of the Shida locations, No. 27, Lane 13, Pucheng St., Da'an Dist., (*update: it appears this location closed and was the only reason why I gave Evans Burger a 5-star rating, so I lowered their score to a 4-star rating. However, I'm not even sure they deserve 4 stars anymore.) and it was better because the beef patties were bigger and cooked medium, making them juicer and more flavorful. I highly recommend this location over the others. You may have noticed that Taipei chain stores are notorious for being very different; one of the locations could be very good when another is bad. I wish all Taipei chains focused on keeping their brand the same at every location.
Vegetarian options: (fake) Ham Egg Benedict, (fake) Chicken Patty Sandwich, Spinach Omelette, Garden Brunch, French Toast, and Pancakes.
